Applied Science and Technology on Naval Engineering (ASTNE) is a fully open-access journal. All articles published in this journal are immediately and permanently available online without subscription or access fees.

ASTNE believes that the free availability of scientific knowledge promotes the global exchange of ideas, accelerates research and innovation, and increases the visibility and impact of published works.

ASTNE does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, or publication. There are no Article Processing Charges (APC) for authors.
