Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation

Authors are required to use the journal's official template. Manuscripts should be written in proper English and include the following components:

Title
The title should clearly and concisely reflect the main focus of the research and must not exceed 20 words. It should accurately represent the key variables, system, or method investigated. Authors are encouraged to avoid uncommon abbreviations and overly general phrases, and to use clear, specific wording that reflects the technical contribution of the manuscript.

Abstract
The abstract should be written in a single paragraph of 150–250 words and provide a comprehensive summary of the manuscript. It should briefly introduce the research background, clearly state the objectives of the study, describe the methodology employed, and highlight the most significant results and findings. The abstract should conclude with the main conclusions or implications of the research. Citations, equations, figures, and tables should not be included. The abstract must be followed by three to five keywords, listed in alphabetical order.

Introduction
The introduction should present the background and context of the research, explaining the relevance and importance of the study within the field of naval engineering. It should include a concise review of relevant previous studies to establish the current state of the art and to identify existing research gaps. The introduction must clearly define the research problem, objectives, and the scientific or practical contributions of the work. This section typically ends with a statement outlining the structure of the paper.

Fundamental Theory
The fundamental theory section should describe the theoretical principles, models, and governing equations that form the basis of the study. Only theories directly relevant to the research should be included. All assumptions, variable definitions, and boundary conditions should be clearly stated and supported by appropriate references. This section provides the conceptual framework necessary to understand the methodology and interpret the results.

Methodology
The methodology section should explain the research design in sufficient detail to allow the study to be replicated. It should describe the system or object of study, data sources, experimental setup or simulation framework, and analytical methods used. All key parameters, operating conditions, and tools or software (including versions) must be clearly specified. This section should be written in the past tense and should not include results or interpretations.

Results and Discussion
This section presents and analyzes the findings of the study. The results subsection should report the outcomes of the analysis, simulation, or experiments using clearly labeled figures and tables. The discussion subsection should interpret the results by explaining observed trends, comparing them with previous studies, and discussing their theoretical and practical implications. Authors should avoid merely repeating numerical results and instead focus on providing meaningful technical insight.

Conclusion
The conclusion should succinctly summarize the main findings of the research and directly address the objectives stated in the introduction. It should highlight the key contributions of the study to the field of naval engineering. Limitations of the research and recommendations for future work may be included. No new data, figures, or references should be introduced in this section.

Acknowledgment
The acknowledgment section is optional and should be used to recognize individuals, institutions, or funding agencies that provided support but did not qualify for authorship. This section should be brief and written in a formal tone.

References
The references section must contain a minimum of 10 sources, of which at least 80% should be peer-reviewed journal articles published within the last 10 years. All references must be cited in the text and formatted consistently according to the journal’s reference style. Authors are encouraged to prioritize reputable international journals and avoid non-scholarly sources.

Citation style must follow [APA]

2. Formatting Guidelines

  • Manuscript length: 5 to 15 pages (including tables and figures)

  • File format: .docx (Microsoft Word)

  • Paper size: A4

  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

  • Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt

  • Line spacing: 1.15

  • Tables and figures must be numbered and clearly captioned

3. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s Open Journal System (OJS). Authors must register as an Author before submission.

4. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts will undergo a single-blind peer review by at least two reviewers. The average review time is 4–8 weeks. The editorial board reserves the right to request revisions or reject submissions.

5. Plagiarism and Publication Ethics

All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. Similarity will be checked using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with more than 25% similarity will be automatically rejected.

The authors are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted content. This journal adheres to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

6. Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance, authors grant the journal the right to publish their work under an open-access license. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, unless stated otherwise.
