About the Journal

Jurnal Keperawatan Widya Gantari Indonesia (JKWGI), has been published since 2014 by the Nursing Department, Faculty of Health, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta. Journal publications are conducted twice a year, namely in June and September. However, since 2022, the JKWGI has been published three times (March, July, November) with the main focus on articles related to nursing science (see Focus & Scope:https://ejournal.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/Gantari/about/editorialPolicies#focusAndScope).

The Decree of the Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi Number 164/E/KPT/2021 dated December 27, 2021 stated that the JKWGI received an accredited scientific journal accreditation rating of Rank 4. Accreditation is valid for five years, namely Volume 3 Number 2 years 2019 to volume 8 Number 1 of 2024.


Jurnal Keperawatan Widya Gantari Indonesia (JKWGI) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal that serves as a medium for the exploration, expression, and publication of scientific works resulting from research findings and scholarly studies in the field of nursing science. Jurnal Keperawatan Widya Gantari Indonesia (JKWGI) accepts scientific articles from authors who wish to actively contribute to the advancement of nursing science.

Authors are advised to carefully read the journal’s author guidelines. Manuscripts that do not comply with the guidelines or are written in an incorrect format WILL BE REJECTED by the editors prior to further review. All accepted articles will be reviewed by peer reviewers using a double-blind review process.
