Yuridis is committed to publishing original scholarly work. Plagiarism and self-plagiarism in any form are strictly prohibited.

Author Obligations

• Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts represent entirely original work.
• Any use of others' work, ideas, or words must be properly cited or quoted in accordance with applicable academic standards.
• Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously. Duplicate submission constitutes unethical publishing conduct and will result in immediate rejection.
• Authors must not publish manuscripts that describe substantially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication.
• Proper acknowledgment of all referenced works is mandatory. Authors must cite all publications that have meaningfully influenced the reported research.

Detection Process

1. The Editorial Team manually checks each submitted manuscript against offline and online databases to verify proper citation and quotation practices.
2. The Editorial Team conducts plagiarism screening using Turnitin. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 25% will be rejected immediately without further review.
