Archiving Policy

Yuridis utilizes the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to build a distributed archiving network among participating libraries, enabling those libraries to maintain permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes. All content stored within the CLOCKSS Archive and the Global LOCKSS Network is preserved under explicit publisher permission, secured through written contracts or online permission statements.

Yuridis works closely with LOCKSS network implementers to support the development of governance frameworks and legal terms appropriate to the relevant content, jurisdictions, rights, and access provisions. All published content in this journal is also licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
