Focus And Scope

Focus and Scope in this journal as an interdisciplinary arena for the academic discussion and analysis
of law issues from a comparative perspective. A manuscript welcomes various perspectives in legal research, such as normative, empirical, socio-legal, critical legal studies (CLS) and others that are relevant to the issues raised. However, the journal will still consider the manuscript with a descriptive approach
for publication if it provides cases and contextual discussion rather than historical. Primarily focused on issues related to civil law, private law, constitution law, human rights, public health law, and civil society. All of them will be preferable with a comparative perspective, for example: a comparison with European Law, Common Law, Asian Values, and beyond.
In the hope that this journal eventually serves as a platform for discussion and debate, a plurality of opinions and perspectives are also welcomed.
