Archiving Policy

Ius Comparatum: Journal of Law Studies (ICJLS) uses the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. Through the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS Publisher Manifest pages, participating libraries create permanent, distributed archives of the journal's content for the purposes of preservation and restoration in the event the journal is no longer available online.

In addition, ICJLS is indexed by Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital), where its content remains discoverable and accessible over the long term. The journal continues to pursue additional preservation and indexing arrangements, including registration with Indonesia OneSearch and the PKP Preservation Network (PN), as these are put in place.
