GAMBARAN MASALAH PSIKOSOSIAL LANJUT USIA SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19

Wabah COVID-19 dapat menyebabkan kematian pada lansia. Ketidaksiapan lansia dalam menghadapi akhir kehidupan termasuk kematian memunculkan masalah psikososial seperti depresi, kesepian, dan kecemasan . Lansia memerlukan spiritualitas dan dukungan sosial yang baik dalam menghadapinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui spiritualitas, dukungan sosial, depresi, kecemasan, dan kesepian pada lansia. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada lanjut usia. Sebanyak 142 lansia dipilih menjadi responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner Daily Spiritual Experience Scale (DSES), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) short form, Geriatric Anxiety Scale (GAS), The Revised UCLA Loneliness Scale untuk kesepian. Sebagian besar lansia memiliki spiritualitas yang tinggi (71,8%). Dukungan sosial sebagian besar pada posisi sedang (57%). Sebagian besar lansia mengalami depresi ringan (78,2 %). Sebagaian besar lansia mengalami kesepian ringan (48,6%). Sebagian besar lansia tidak mengalami kecemasan (52,1%). Lansia yang mengalami kecemasan ringan sebesar 46,5%. Peran keluarga dan pemerintah sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan dukungan pada lansia agar terhindar dari masalah psikososial terutama saat wabah COVID-19.
