Abstract

The business sector categorized as MSMEs is the largest sector in the Indonesian economy and has been able to overcome various crises. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) refer to businesses conducted by individuals, small business groups, or households. To encourage the independence of community development, especially in the economic sector, Indonesia as a developing country views MSMEs as the main foundation of the populist economic sector. Es Teler 88 Makassar is one of the MSMEs that is able to compete with similar large businesses and is able to survive in various economic conditions. In order to provide an overview of the competition and selling value of these MSMEs, the service team conducted community service activities using the method of dialogical interviews with the Owner of Es Teler 88 Makassar and assistance in collecting some related data to find out the conditions of production, marketing and finance of Es Teler 88 Makassar MSMEs and provide a picture related to SWOT analysis.  Es Teler 88 Makassar business has considerable potential in the food and beverage industry. Support from the government and financial institutions for training and business capital is also very important to help MSMEs selling es teler develop and survive in competitive business competition.
