Indonesian Journal of Nutritional Science (IJNS) is open access and peer-reviewed journal that regularly features original research articles, reviews, and or case reports on key areas within health and nutrition science. The journal is particularly interested in topics relating to community nutrition, clinical nutrition, food science, food service management, and food innovation program. The journal periodically publishes the articles twice a year (June and December).
