Peer Review Process

EQUITY employs a Blind Review process. Initially, the submitted article is reviewed by the editor to ensure it aligns with our aims and scope and to identify any major methodological weaknesses. All submissions that meet these criteria undergo a Turnitin check to detect plagiarism before proceeding to the reviewer's evaluation. The article is then sent anonymously to reviewers, and their comments are shared with the author for necessary actions and responses. Following revisions, the manuscript is evaluated during an editorial board meeting, and the final decision is communicated to the corresponding author. The article's suitability for publication is determined based on this assessment.
