Author Guidelines
The author must only submit a manuscript that has been carefully corrected. The accepted manuscript is the original version or an extended version of a previously published paper in a conference and/or journal, and if the work has received official sponsorship, it must be released for open publication. Before submission, make sure your manuscript is prepared using the Ekspresi dan Persepsi: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi manuscript template. Authors should refer to the Ekspresi dan Persepsi: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi manuscript template (please download and use it as the template for initial submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements based on the author guidelines will not be processed.
The minimum standard requirements for the Ekspresi dan Persepsi: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi Journal are as follows:
- Written in English.
- The submitted paper must be between 10 and 15 pages long. Editors will evaluate if the paper exceeds 15 pages.
- It is highly recommended to use tools like Mendeley/Zotero/EndNote/other reference management tools, and choose APA Style.
- Ensure your manuscript is prepared using the Ekspresi dan Persepsi: Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi manuscript template.
- The manuscript should be prepared and follow the recommended structure:
- Title: The article title should be a maximum of 12 words, without acronyms or abbreviations.
- Abstract: The abstract should consist of a maximum of 100-150 words; no citations. The abstract should briefly mention the main objectives, design, methodology, results, and conclusions of the study.
- Section Structure: Authors are advised to present their article in the following structure: Introduction - Methodology - Results and Discussion - Conclusion.
- References: A minimum of 10-20 references, with at least 80% sourced from national/international journals, and 20% from textbooks/e-books and other secondary data.
