Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines

  1. The manuscript should be prepared in (.doc) format word in English. The size of the paper used is A4 (21 cm by 29.7 cm), Times New Roman font type, size according to the template.
  2. The manuscript must be no more than 6,000 words (8 pages), portrait orientation by using two columns.
  3. Page numbers are needed and be placed at the right bottom of the page.
  4. The manuscript consists of : Tittle, Authors (without academic titles) and Affiliations, Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussions, Conclusion, Acknowledgment, and References (refer to the template provided).
  5. Reference Style

In text: Designate references by number(s) in square brackets in line with the text. The actual Author(s) can be mentioned, but the reference number(s) must always be included.

In reference list: Number the references (with numbers in square brackets) in the list in the order in which they appear in the text.

  1. The manuscripts must be submitted to the OJS (Open Journal System).
  2. Tables, figures, and images must be addressed properly.
  3. The authors must revise the papers based on the review comments. The revised version must be submitted at designated time.
