ANALISIS PENJATUHAN SANKSI PIDANA BAGI MASYARAKAT YANG MENOLAK VAKSINASI

Infeksi virus Corona atau yang lebih dikenal dengan covid-19 masih sangat masif, hal tersebut membuat semua negara yang rakyatnya terjangkit virus ini menjadi lebih waspada dan mempersiapkan segala cara untuk melawan covid-19, salah satu cara yang ditempuh adalah vaksinasi. Vaksinasi merupakan salah satu terobosan mutakhir dalam dunia kesehatan karena bersifat preventif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penegakan hukum terhadap masyarakat yang menolak vaksinasi serta untuk mengkaji sanksi ideal terhadap masyarakat yang menolak vaksinasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. sifat penelitian ini adalah literer atau penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pasal 93 Undang- Undang Karantina Kesehatan bersifat Lex Specialis Sistematis sehingga dapat mengesampingkan Undang - Undang yang lainnya, maka sudah tepat penggunaannya sebagai upaya paksa pemerintah untuk kekebalan komunitas.Downloads
