ANALISIS MANAJEMEN RESIKO PT CHAROEN POKPHAND INDONESIA TBK DALAM PERSPEKTIF SWOT

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the risk management implemented by PT Charoen Pokphand
Indonesia Tbk (CPIN) through an integrated approach between Enterprise Risk Management
(ERM) and SWOT Analysis based on the 2024 Annual Report. As a company engaged in the
agribusiness sector and the largest in Indonesia, CPIN faces various strategic and operational
challenges or risks such as fluctuations in raw material prices, currency exchange rates, and
changes in macroeconomic conditions. Through a combination of mitigation strategies and
SWOT analysis, CPIN is able to maintain financial stability, operational efficiency, and
maintain long-term competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
