Waiver Policy

To strengthen international academic engagement and promote global knowledge exchange, the journal implements an Article Processing Charge (APC) waiver and discount policy. This policy aims to encourage submissions from international scholars, particularly those from low- and lower-middle-income countries, and authors without adequate research funding. APC waivers or partial discounts may be granted based on the author's institutional background, geographic region, and funding availability. The implementation of this waiver policy is intended to enhance diversity in scholarly contributions while ensuring that editorial decisions remain independent of financial considerations and are based solely on academic merit.
