One of the uses of this organic waste is the manufacture of Eco Enzymes often involving the use of leftover fruits, vegetables, or other organic waste. In this way, Eco Enzymes help reduce the amount of organic waste that goes into landfills, supporting recycling practices and waste reduction. Eco Enzymes are made from natural ingredients and often involve a fermentation process, which is more environmentally friendly than synthetic chemicals. The use of Eco Enzymes can help reduce carbon footprints and negative impacts on the environment. Eco Enzymes can also be used as organic fertilizers and soil conditioners, increasing soil fertility and helping sustainable agriculture. This is a natural and environmentally friendly way to provide nutrients to plants. The target audience for this community service activity later is the community of Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency "Karya Abadi" in Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. The members of the "Karya Abadi" farmer group number around 20 people, whose livelihood is farming. Tanjung Seteko Village is one of the central areas of agricultural commodity production in Ogan Ilir Regency. The making of Eco Enzyme can reduce the cost of purchasing fertilizers and pesticide substitutes for vegetable farming carried out by the target audience as a livelihood, and can maintain the environmental sustainability of Tanjung Seteko Village, North Indralaya District. The finished Eco-enzyme made from fruit and vegetable waste has a brownish color, smells sour and has a negative alcohol content. The target audience really needs assistance from various parties to develop local products from Tanjung Pering Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, both morally and materially, to improve the welfare of the target audience.
