Abstract

Abstract In order to harmonize the mission of the Atma Jaya UNIKA Business Administration Student Association  (HIMABI) with the Tri Dharma College, HIMABI took the initiative to conduct research, training and community
service as a work program. This is done to improve the enthusiasm of students in serving the community, so that they become students who are down to earth. This is also in line with the core values of Atika Jaya's UNIKA (Christian, Superior, Professional and Caring). This activity is a collaboration between students (represented by HIMABI) and teaching staff from Business Administration Study Programs. This activity aims to carry out research, training and community service which is part of the Tridarma of higher education, establishes harmonious cooperation between lecturers and students of Business Administration study programs in conducting research and service, and establish good relationships with local residents. The method of community service is packaged in the form of a live in, where students live in one of the residents' houses. In this activity students go down to people's homes to collect whatever problems people feel in their environment; while the lecturers gave information on 3 R (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) at Cibogo village hall to mothers and fathers. The result of this
community activity is that residents have not applied 3R in garbage disposal, they are still carrying out garbage burning. This was also found by students as one of the problems in the settlement.
