Abstract

Public awareness of the dangers of air pollution is still very low due to the lack of available information. Therefore, an IoT-based air quality monitoring system can be a fundamental solution that can be implemented. This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based air quality monitoring system that can detect various types of air pollution in real-time. Testing of the air quality monitoring system shows that it can monitor air quality in real-time with fairly good accuracy, which is expected to help minimize the impact of poor air pollution.
