PENANGANAN FISIOTERAPI PADA KASUS POST OPERASI CORONARY ARTERY BYPASS GRAFT: STUDI KASUS

Pola hidup masyarakat mengalami pergeseran menjadi pola hidup serba instan yang tidak sehat. Hal itu menyebabkan terjadinya berbagai penyakit, salah satunya adalah penyakit jantung koroner yang dipicu oleh makanan yang tidak sehat dan tidak diimbangi oleh aktifitas fisik (olahraga) rutin. Penyakit jantung koroner ini merupakan kasus utama penyebab kematian dan kesakitan pada manusia, sehingga perlu pencegahan dan pengobatan untuk penyakit tersebut. Salah satu pengobatan yang diberikan adalah operasi Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG). CABG merupakan intervensi dari penyakit jantung koroner dengan cara membuat saluran baru melewati bagian arteri koronaria yang mengalami penyempitan atau penyumbatan. Pada kasus paska operasi CABG tersebut, pasien mengalami nyeri, penurunan gerak dan fungsi tubuh dan memerlukan proses recovery dari operasi yang dijalankan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pasien diberikan berbagai tindakan paska operasi dan salah satunya adalah fisioterapi. Fisioterapi melakukan intervensi untuk mengurangi nyeri, melancarkan saluran napas paska operasi, dan memaksimalkan lingkup gerak sendi dan kekuatan otot tubuh terutama anggota gerak pasien.
