Penelitian ini menganalisis konstruksi komunikasi konten video berbasis kecerdasan artifisial di Instagram dengan menekankan rekonstruksi pesan visual, autentisitas, kredibilitas informasi, serta respons audiens. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-interpretatif. Data diperoleh melalui transkrip wawancara informan pengguna Instagram dan hasil pengelolaan data menggunakan NVivo, terutama word cloud dan klasifikasi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten video berbasis AI dipahami sebagai bentuk komunikasi visual yang kreatif, menarik, dan membantu dalam penyampaian informasi, edukasi, hiburan, serta promosi. Namun, realisme visual yang tinggi juga menimbulkan keraguan, risiko manipulasi, penyebaran hoaks, serta penurunan kepercayaan terhadap informasi digital. Audiens menilai keaslian konten melalui tanda visual, caption, komentar, sumber akun, serta kesesuaian pesan dengan realitas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan artifisial merekonstruksi pesan visual Instagram melalui perpaduan kreativitas teknologi, strategi komunikasi, dan kebutuhan akan literasi digital yang kritis. Temuan ini memperlihatkan pentingnya transparansi, verifikasi sumber, dan tanggung jawab platform dalam menjaga kualitas komunikasi visual di ruang media sosial kontemporer.
