Abstract

Hypnobirthing merupakan metode yang memadukan relaksasi dengan sugesti positif sebagai persiapan ibu menghadapi persalinan. Namun, penerapan teknik ini di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan masih terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan persepsi bidan mengenai hypnobirthing. Sebanyak 18 bidan di Kota Malang mengikuti pelatihan, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, dari rata-rata 55,28 menjadi 72,5 (p < 0,01; uji paired sample t-test). Sementara itu, persepsi bidan tetap konsisten positif baik sebelum maupun setelah pelatihan (100%). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun pengetahuan bidan meningkat, sikap positif yang dimiliki sejak awal tidak mengalami perubahan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan hypnobirthing penting diberikan kepada bidan agar mereka mampu mengaplikasikan teknik ini secara lebih optimal dalam mendampingi ibu selama masa kehamilan dan persalinan
