Adolescence is a period of mental, physical and psychosocial changes, whereas some of them are vulnerable of malnutrition and due more to imbalances in food supply and changes in eating behavior. Dissatisfaction with their body shape is a special concern for teens to control their body. This study aimed to determine the correlation between body image and eating behavior (restraint eating, emotional eating, and external eating) with nutritional status based on BMI/U in female adolescents at 104 SHS Jakarta. The study used a cross sectional design with chi-square test method. Body image assessment was carried out using the Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ-16) and eating behavior used the Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire (DEBQ-32) and anthropometric measurements included weight and height for 85 female adolescents. The analysis showed that body image (p = 0,000), restraint eating behavior (p = 0,002), and external eating (p = 0,033) had a correlation to the nutritional status of female adolescents (p<0.05) and no correlation between emotional eating (p=0.353) with nutritional status in female adolescents at 104 SHS Jakarta .
