ANALISIS PENGARUH INFRASTRUKTUR, INVESTASI PUBLIK DAN INVESTASI SWASTA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI KALIMANTAN TIMUR
Abstract
Indonesia adalah merupakan salah satu negara terbesar secara wilayah maupun jumlah penduduknya dengan sejumlah keanekaragaman budanya indonesia memiliki potensial menjadi negara yang maju dalam hal pertumbuhan ekonominya. Dalam hal konteks ekonomi sering disebut bahwasanya Pertumbuhan ekonomi ialah merupakan aspek krusial dalam pembangunan suatu wilayah atau negara, dengan menggunakantoka ukur Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) ekonomi suatu wilayah sepanjang waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya menganalisis dan mengukur pengaruh antara Infrasktuktur jalan, Investasi publik, dan investasi swasta terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota Kalimantan timur. Data penelitian ini diolah melalui penggunaan software Eviews versi 12 dan meliputi data sekunder serta jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif melalui penggunaan data panel melalui penggunaan sampel 10 kabupaten/kota Kalimantan Timur pada tahun 2017-2023. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwasanya (1) Infrastruktur jalan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi, (2) investasi publik berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan (3) investasi swasta tidak mempengaruhi PDRB Pertumbuhan ekonomi. Variabel investasi publik berpengaruh yang paling menonjol terhadap PDRB di antara ketiga variabel yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, peneliti merancang dan mengajukan beberapa rekomendasi yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam kajian ke depan atau sebagai pertimbangan kebijakan oleh pemangku kepentingan utama dan pemerintah.

Abstract
Indonesia is one of the largest countries in terms of territory and population with a number of cultural diversity. Indonesia has the potential to become a developed country in terms of economic growth. In terms of economic context, it is often said that economic growth is a crucial aspect in the development of a region or country, using toka. measure the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of a region's economy over time. The aim of this research is to analyze and measure the influence of road infrastructure, public investment and private investment on the economic growth of the districts/cities of East Kalimantan. This research data was processed using Eviews version 12 software and includes secondary data as well as quantitative descriptive research using panel data using a sample of 10 districts/cities of East Kalimantan in 2017-2023. The findings of this research reveal that (1) road infrastructure has a negative and significant influence on economic growth, (2) public investment has a significant positive influence on economic growth, and (3) private investment has no effect on GDP economic growth. The public investment variable has the most prominent influence on GRDP among the three variables used in this research. Based on the research findings, researchers designed and proposed several recommendations that can be used as a reference in future studies or as policy considerations by key stakeholders and the government.
