Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Jawa Tengah

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh Jumlah Guru, PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Konstan dan Pengeluaran Perkapita terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 6 Kota/Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yakni Kabupaten Wonosobo, Kabupaten Magelang, Kabupaten Purbalingga, Kabupaten Pemalang, Kota Semarang dan Kota Pekalongan. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan 6 Kota/Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah selama periode tahun 2015-2024, maka total sampel sebanyak 60 data. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Data Panel dengan program Eviews 10 dan Tingkat signifikansi 5% (0.05). Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Jumlah Guru dan PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Konstan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, sedangkan Pengeluaran Perkapita berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia.

Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of the Number of Teachers, GRDP at Constant Prices and Per Capita Expenditure on the Human Development Index. This study used 6 Cities/Regencies in Central Java Province, namely Wonosobo Regency, Magelang Regency, Purbalingga Regency, Pemalang Regency, Semarang City and Pekalongan City. The sample determination in this study used a saturated sampling technique with 6 Cities/Regencies in Central Java Province during the period 2015-2024, so the total sample was 60 data. The data used were secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Hypothesis testing in this study used Panel Data Analysis with the Eviews 10 program and a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of the study partially showed that the Number of Teachers and GRDP at Constant Prices did not affect the Human Development Index, while Per Capita Expenditure did affect the Human Development Index.
