Abstrak

The national rule of red cross law only provides penalties for those who do not use the red cross symbol properly, but cannot provide protection for those who have used the red cross symbol properly at demonstrations. By using the juridical normative research method this research seeks to use the criminal law instrument as legal protection for users of the red cross symbol. And the result is material protection for users of the red cross symbol can be applied to the RKUHP and the revision of the Kepalangmerahan Law.
