HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP, DAN PRAKTIK GIZI SEIMBANG ORANG TUA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM TERPADU DI KABUPATEN BOGOR
Abstract
Pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik yang dimiliki orang tua sangat berpengaruh dalam pemberian gizi seimbang pada anak. Data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bogor tahun 2021 jumlah kasus gizi kurang di Kabupaten Bogor mencapai 10.872 kasus, diakibatkan oleh asupan gizi yang tidak seimbang. Peran orang tua dalam membiasakan anak makan sesuai dengan pedoman gizi seimbang masih belum maksimal, sehingga dibutuhkannya penelitian lebih lanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap orang tua dengan praktik gizi seimbang pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu di Kabupaten Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan desain crossectional, pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel 69 orang tua siswa di SDIT Misbahussudur pada bulan Februari 2025. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase gambaran pengetahuan baik 61 responden (88,4%), sikap baik sebanyak 60 responden (87%), dan praktik baik sebanyak 48 responden (69,6%). Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan orang tua (p=0,001) dan sikap orang tua (p=0,000) dengan praktik gizi seimbang. Diharapkan kepada sekolah dan orang tua siswa agar dapat bekerja sama dalam mempraktikan pedoman gizi seimbang kepada anak.
The knowledge, attitudes, and practices of parents significantly influence the provision of balanced nutrition for children. Data from the Bogor Regency Health Office in 2021 showed that the number of malnutrition cases in Bogor Regency reached 10,872 cases, primarily due to imbalanced nutritional intake. The role of parents in habituating children to eat according to balanced nutrition guidelines is still not optimal, necessitating further research. The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between parents knowledge and attitudes and the practice of balanced nutrition among Integrated Islamic Elementary School students in Bogor Regency. This was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design, where data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The sample size was 69 parents at SDIT Misbahussudur on February 2025. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The results showed that 61 respondents (88.4%) had good knowledge, 60 respondents (87%) had good attitudes, and 48 respondents (69.6%) had good practices. There was a significant relationship between parental knowledge (p=0.001) and parental attitudes (p=0.000) with the practice of balanced nutrition. It is hoped that schools and parents of students can collaborate in implementing balanced nutrition guidelines for children.
