Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze fundraising strategies in optimizing Zakat, Infaq and Alms funds at BAZNAS Serang City. The research method used in this research is qualitative. Data techniques collected through direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are that the strategy for collecting Zakat, Infaq, Alms funds at BAZNAS Serang City is still not optimal because the use of strategies both directly and indirectly has supporting and inhibiting factors. Among the supporting factors are the role of regional government and the strategic location of the institution. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include inadequate human resources, lack of awareness of muzakki regarding zakat, infaq and alms, and the lack of understanding of online strategies in accordance with current digitalization to increase the collection of zakat, infaq and alms funds in the surrounding community.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pengumpulan (fundraising) dalam pengoptimalan dana Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah pada BAZNAS Kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Teknik data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi pengumpulan dana Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah di BAZNAS Kota Serang masih belum optimal dikarenakan penggunaan strategi baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung memiliki faktor pendukung dan juga penghambat diantara faktor pendukungnya yaitu adanya peran pemerintah daerah, dan letak lokasi lembaga yang strategis. Sedangkan untuk faktor penghambat meliputi SDM yang kurang memadai, kurangnya kesadaran muzakki untuk berzakat, berinfaq dan bersedekah, dan belum terjamahnya strategi yang dilakukan secara online sesuai dengan digitalisasi saat ini untuk dapat meningkatkan pengumpulan dana zakat, infaq dan sedekah pada masyarakat sekitar.
