Abstract

Abstract

Halal food is crucial for Muslims, Indonesia has a majority Muslim population, apart from that, unfortunately literacy about the halal lifestyle is still minimal. This research explains the influence of the halal label, income and lifestyle on interest in buying gacoan noodles among Muslim communities in DKI Jakarta. The approach used is quantitative. The population of this research is the Muslim community of DKI Jakarta who know about gacoan noodle restaurants. The sample for this research consisted of 112 respondents who were Muslim people who lived in DKI Jakarta. Partial Least Square is used as a data analysis technique. The results of the hypothesis test are that the halal label has no effect on buying interest, income has no effect on buying interest, and lifestyle has an effect on buying interest. The findings from this research indicate that the Muslim community in DKI Jakarta has not made the halal label and income the main parameters in their interest in buying gacoan noodles. Purchasing gacoan noodles is influenced by lifestyle.

Abstrak

Makanan halal merupakan hal yang krusial bagi umat muslim, Indonesia yang memiliki penduduk mayoritas muslim, sayangnya literasi tentang gaya hidup halal masih minim. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh label halal, pendapatan, dan gaya hidup terhadap minat membeli mie gacoan pada masyarakat muslim di DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan yang dipakai yaitu kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat muslim DKI Jakarta yang mengetahui tentang restoran mie gacoan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 112 responden yang merupakan masyarakat muslim yang berdomisili di DK Jakarta. Partial Least Square digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil uji hipotesisnya adalah label halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat membeli, pendapatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat membeli, dan gaya hidup berpengaruh terhadap minat membeli. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masyarakat muslim DKI Jakarta belum menjadikan label halal dan pendapatan sebagai parameter utama dalam minat membeli mie gacoan. Pembelian mie gacoan dipengaruhi oleh gaya hidup.
